     Our specialties include authentic Cajun and Creole dishes that will delight your taste buds and leave you well satisfied. Our trained and creative chefs will create the perfect menu to accentuate your event and amaze your guests. Our dramatic culinary presentations are amazingly beautiful and well put together. The menus we create are personalized for each event and will exceed the expectations of all who attend your event. Our prices are competitive and include a menu design and tasting appointment, on site event coordination, high quality disposables, three (3) dozen complimentary Homemade Honey Yeast Rolls and cake cutting service. We offer a variety of options for serving your meal: Decorated Buffet Service (with Hor D'oeuvres and a Carving Station), Plated Dinner Service, Hor D'oeuvres Only (buffet and server passed); just to name a few. In addition, we also have Beverage Fountains and Chocolate Fountains for an added flair to your event!  We look forward to serving you soon.
